Our Agricultural Services

Whether it's fixing a tile line, installing a bunk silo, clearing land for farm use, or building a dairy barn Ed Hulme Inc. has the people and equipment to get the job done and done right!

Born and raised in the area, Ed Hulme has been involved with our local farming community since childhood. As a result, Ed Hulme Inc. has an innate understanding and appreciation for the practical needs of the agricultural industry. Weather and seasonal conditions play a key role in determining success; our ability to understand that time is of the essence has established Ed Hulme Inc. as the go to company whether it be feast or famine.

Dealings with the Department of Environmental Conservation (D.E.C.) and other regulatory agencies are a basic part of our daily project management. Ed Hulme has been an integral part of the D.E.C. having been a board member for several years. He also is actively involved with the Farm Bureau, Cooperative Extension, HasMAT team, and Fire Departments.

When several of my neighbors and myself were considering having our driveways and our road (we live on a private road) blacktopped, after contacting several contractors and getting estimates, we decided to go with Ed Hulme General Contracting. From the very first phone call, right through to the end of the project, we felt confident that we were dealing with a class-act business. We were kept informed about the start date for the project and each step along the way. As the job progressed, the crew was diligent in making sure it was done to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with the pride they had in their work. (You don’t see this much anymore.) Your service was excellent and your entire crew was very knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant. Thank you for doing such a great job. We will be happy to recommend your company to anyone in the future.
