A couple years ago I called Tom Flint to come to Cohocton to discuss the failing foundation on our 180 year old barn. He seemed to have great ideas for fixing it but the cost was just too much for us. This past May, I called Tom back before we lost it forever. Tom came up with a plan and we decided to go for it. We couldn’t be there during the work. I tried hard to think of a less expensive way to stabilize the barn but could not. To us, this was to be a very expensive project. My neighbors called daily to tell me how well those men were doing. We arrived in October and were very pleased with the workmanship and skill. I would highly recommend these people to everyone. Yesterday, August 10, 2021, Ed Hulme, General Contractors, Inc. completed an extensive deck project at my home.
From start to finish, the employees of Ed Hulme were professional, courteous, respectful and tidy. Their attention to detail, did not go unnoticed; they were meticulous with regard to every step of the project, and often they made suggestions that were absolutely on point. Never once during the project was there a failure to communicate.
The deck looks fabulous, and I must highly praise them for the restoration of the built in grill structure. It was a crumbling, dilapidated structure, and now has become a showpiece of the outdoor entertaining area.
I can’t sing the praises of Alfie, Sam and Tyler enough. I would never hesitate to have additional home projects completed by Ed Hulme General Contractors.
